		<description>I&#039;d have to agree with &#039;Dude&#039;, some of these television reporters on WIVB can get an awful lot wrong, just look at some of the reporting from the weather types like Cejka and Paul, some of the info they&#039;ve said in the past is more ignorance than fact.</description>

You can&#039;t restructure contracts in the NHL under the current CBA.  

And besides, what Philly needs is cap space and making the trade you propose doesn&#039;t give that to them (or us for that matter).</description>
